Once you start taking a deep dive into Ayurveda, it’s glaringly obvious that our mental and emotional state is just as much responsible for our health as our physical state (gosh, dare I say at times even MORE?!) So while the self-love term has been thrown around a lot in the last few years, I truly believe in my heart of hearts that how we love ourselves has just as much to do with our well-being as what we eat for dinner and how much movement we get throughout our week.
Today’s chair yoga class is all about the heart openers and love, love, love.
