A 20 Minute Chair Yoga Class For Blooming

It may be a little longer before we can ditch the outwear all together, but this week’s Spring Equinox marked the official end of winter and the beginning of a dewy new season! The days are longer, the sun is brighter, and the flowers are beginning to (slowly) bloom into their full selves. Warm stews can begin to be replaced by bitter greens, and our slow and steady winter yoga flows can begin to take on a bit more stamina as we enter into Kapha season. Welcome Spring!
Today’s chair yoga class focuses on shifting any stagnant energy from winter, and putting intention into moving it in a positive direction for the season ahead. Let’s bloom, yogis!
